Workspace settings

The settings that apply to a whole workspace: its name and address, language and number format, logo and colour, guest access, exchange rates, and deleting it.

Settings hold what applies to the whole workspace rather than to one table or page. Open them with Settings in the workspace's top bar.

You see Settings only if your role lets you manage the workspace or its members. A Super Admin always can (see Access).

What is where

In Settings, the top bar shows its groups, and each group has a menu on the left.

GroupWhat it holds
GeneralGeneral: display name, locale, exchange rates, privacy notice, phone for customers and URL key. Access: guest access, self-join and connected assistants. Appearance: logo, icon and colour.
UsersMembers, Pending invitations and Roles. See Members and roles.
Credentials and IntegrationsConnections to other services. See Integrations.
AutomationsSee Automations.

Each setting is saved as you change it. A text setting saves when you press Enter or click away. Under the row you see Saving…, then Saved, or the reason it was not saved. A change that affects people outside the workspace, such as the address or guest access, asks you to confirm first and says what it will change.

  • Name, address and contact detailsSet the workspace's display name and URL key, the phone number customers can call, and the privacy notice linked under your public forms.
  • Language, numbers and datesChoose how the workspace writes numbers, currency and dates, which also sets the language its shared pages and forms read in. The app's own language follows your browser.
  • Logo and colourUpload the workspace's logo, set its square icon and pick its colour. They appear on every page and form you share, in the browser tab and in link previews.
  • Guest access, self-join and assistantsDecide whether people who are not signed in can open what you share, whether anyone with an account may join, and which members' assistants are connected.
  • Exchange ratesChoose where the workspace's currency conversions take their rates from: the National Bank of Romania, the European Central Bank, or a table of rates you keep yourself.
  • Delete a workspaceMove a workspace to the trash, restore it before its purge date, or delete it for good now, and what is destroyed when it goes.
