Users and your account
Your Sterodata account: signing up and in, your profile and password, your workspaces, accepting invitations, and the assistants you have connected.
Your Sterodata account is your email address and a password. One account works in every workspace you belong to, and each workspace decides what you can open in it (see Access).
You need an account to work in a workspace. You do not need one to open a link someone sends you, a public page or a form: see Guests without an account.
In this section
- Sign up and sign in: create the account, confirm your email, sign in, reset a forgotten password, sign out.
- Your profile and password: where your name and email appear, and what you can change.
- Your workspaces: the list of workspaces, creating one, switching between them, and leaving one.
- Accept an invitation: joining a workspace by invitation or by its join address.
- Your connected assistants: which assistants act as you, and how to disconnect one.
Where to find your account
Inside a workspace, the account icon at the right of the top bar shows your name and email, and has Connected assistants and Logout. On your workspaces list, the same icon shows your name and email and has Logout.
