Sign up and sign in

Sterodata is at app.sterodata.com. Your account is your email address and a password.

Sign up

1. On the sign-in page, choose Sign up, beside "Don't have an account?".
2. Fill in your Name, Email, Password and Confirm password.
3. Choose Sign up. Sterodata emails you a confirmation code.
4. Type it in Confirmation code and choose Confirm account. You are signed in.

A password needs at least 8 characters, with a capital letter, a small letter and a number. If the code does not arrive, choose Resend code.

The name you give is the one other people see: on members lists, on Share sheets and in Created by and Updated by.

Sign in

1. Type your Email and choose Continue.
2. Type your Password and choose Sign in. To use another email, choose (change).

You land on your workspaces list, or on the page you were opening, such as an invitation. A password manager can fill in and save your sign-in.

When your session ends, the sign-in page says Your session ended. Sign in again to carry on where you were.

A workspace's own sign-in page

A workspace's address followed by /login, such as app.sterodata.com/your-key/login, shows its name: Login to and the workspace. Continue with Sterodata login takes you to the same sign-in. If you are signed in but not a member, the page says so and offers Sign in as a different user.

Forgotten password

1. On the password step, choose Forgot password?.
2. Type your Email and choose Send reset code.
3. Type the Verification code from the email, a New password and Confirm new password.
4. Choose Reset password, then sign in with the new password.

Sign out

Choose the account icon in the top bar, then Logout.

You sign in with your email and password only. There is no sign-in with Google, Microsoft or your company's directory, and no second step such as a code from an app.
