Your connected assistants

See which AI assistants you have connected to your account and when each was last used, and disconnect one.

An AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Codex can work in Sterodata for you once you connect it. It acts as you: it can do what you can do in your workspaces, and no more. What it changes carries your name.

Connect one

You add Sterodata as a connector in the assistant, with the address https://api.sterodata.com/mcp. The assistant then sends you to Sterodata:

  1. Sign in, if you are not signed in already.
  2. Read the request. It names the assistant and says it will act as your email address, and where you will be sent back.
  3. Choose Allow, or Cancel to refuse.

A request is good for 15 minutes. If the page says This request has expired, go back to your assistant and connect again. Step-by-step instructions for each assistant are in Assistants and in How to connect ChatGPT or Claude.

See and disconnect them

  1. In any workspace, choose the account icon at the right of the top bar.
  2. Choose Connected assistants.

Each assistant you have connected is listed with Last used and a date, or Not used yet. Choose Disconnect to end it. It stops at once, in every workspace, and to use it again you connect it again. When nothing is connected, the page says No assistant is connected.

What else can end it

  • An administrator of a workspace you belong to sees your assistant in that workspace's Settings and can disconnect it (see Guest access, self-join and assistants).
  • If you are removed from a workspace, your assistant can no longer reach it either, because it only ever has your access.
