Your brand on shared pages

Put your logo and colour on every page and form you share, and see what a link looks like when it is sent in a chat.

A customer who opens your price list should see your business, not ours. Your logo and colour are set once, for the whole workspace, and every published page and form shows them. Nothing needs publishing again: a change shows the next time each page is opened.

Set your logo and colour

Only a workspace admin can change them.

  1. Open Settings and choose Appearance.
  2. Under Logo, choose Upload logo. Use a PNG, JPG or WebP file of up to 2 MB, at least 64 pixels tall. SVG, GIF and animated images are refused, with the reason.
  3. The square icon is made from your logo: Adjust moves and zooms the square it is cut from. Or choose Upload a square icon instead, at least 64 pixels on each side.
  4. Under Color, pick one of the preset colours, the one taken From your logo, or a Custom colour written as # and six hex digits, like #2F6F4F.

An upload or a preset saves at once; a custom colour saves when you close its picker. What customers see, beside the settings, draws a page and a chat card in your colour as you change it.

Where they show

  • The page header: your logo, in place of your workspace's initial and name.
  • The colour of buttons, links and picked choices on every page and form you share.
  • The browser tab, and the icon on a phone's home screen when a customer adds the page to it.
  • The card a chat app draws when a link to the page is sent.
  • The screens shown when a page has ended or is paused, or a form is closed.

Members working inside the app see the preset colour nearest to yours, so the app's own screens stay readable.

A link sent in a chat

When you paste a page's link into WhatsApp, Slack or a similar app, the card it shows carries the page's title, your workspace's name and your icon. It shows nothing else: no figures, no records, no counts.

The card names the page only while the page is published and not paused, and only to a link that would open it: a Public page at its address, or a private link with its key. A draft, a paused page, a page published only to members, or a private-link page reached without its key gets a plain card that names nothing.

Your contact details

Two settings under Settings, General go out with your pages and forms:

  • Phone for customers: customers can call it or message it on WhatsApp from a page that has ended or is paused. Header and footer buttons can use it in one tap.
  • Privacy notice: the page that says how you use what people send. It is linked under every public form and named in the Publish sheet.

A page shared outside the team ends with a quiet "Made with Sterodata" line. Members reading it in the app do not see it.
