How to let customers order from your price list
If your team still sends price lists as attachments and types up the orders that come back, this replaces both with one link.
Step 1. Install the Product catalogue and offers app
It brings Products, Clients, Offers and their Lines, a Price list page and a Place an order form, all as drafts nobody outside your workspace can open yet.
Step 2. Import your products
Import a file (xlsx, csv or tsv) with name, code, category, unit and price. For photos, use an image address or attach the picture to the product.
Step 3. Check the price list
The Price list shows your products as photo cards grouped by category, with search and filters. Prices come from Products, so the list changes the moment a price does.
Step 4. Put your brand on it
Set your logo and colour once. They appear on every page and form you share, in the browser tab and in the preview when a link is sent in a chat.
Step 5. Publish it
Publish the price list to the public or to anyone with the private link, and send the link.
Step 6. Receive orders
A customer enters their tax ID, and the form finds them among your clients or adds them and flags them to check. It never changes a client it finds. Their products and quantities arrive as an offer marked New, with each line’s price copied when the order was sent. The form takes a limited number of orders per hour, so nothing floods you.
Step 7. Confirm and follow up
Move the offer through its statuses (Draft, Sent, Accepted or Rejected), and watch Totals by Offer add it up.
Sterodata is where a business keeps its records, orders and numbers, and sees who can reach each one and who changed it. Build it with your assistant, from a ready-made app, or by clicking.
